As youngsters, we loved the location of the hotel. It was central to all the popular attractions in Siem Reap, including Pub Street and the night markets. Plenty of tuk tuks were available for easy transport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us warmly. The rooms were clean and the balcony facing the street was a nice touch. The pool was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Complimentary water and a good breakfast were also provided.
Felt safe and secure, no complaints.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help us out with anything we needed, like calling a tuktuk to take us to all the cool spots in town. The pool was a total lifesaver after a long day of exploring the amazing temples. And let me tell you, the location was on point! We were just a short walk away from the buzzing Pub Street and all the awesome night markets. It was the perfect place for us young party-goers!
The only thing we wished for was a more happening bar scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they had a cool rooftop bar or a vibrant social area where we could hang out and meet other young travelers.

I chose this hotel for a networking event and was pleased with the featured amenities. The computer station was useful for checking emails, and the express check-in made my arrival smooth. The complimentary newspapers in the lobby were a nice touch.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a printer and other office equipment.

The staff was friendly and English speaking, which was a relief. They offered airport tuktuk pickup and their communication was on point. the room was cleaned daily, so at least it was tidy.
The hotel was a major disappointment. the pictures were deceiving and the place desperately needed a renovation.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities or a play area.
